SAME PLAY PAY!

New Delhi: The BCCI on Thursday announced an equal match fee for both men’s and women’s cricketers of India. The historic move was announced on the official Twitter handle of BCCI secretary Jay Shah. Shah highlighted new fees for contracted players and said that Indian Women’s cricket team will earn same match fees as their male counterparts. This essentially means that all BCCI contracted players, male or female, will receive same fee.
