Youth shot dead, internet ban for 48 hrs in Bhilwara

Bhilwara: A young man was killed when four bikeborne miscreants fired at him in broad daylight in Bhilwara on Thursday. Two brothers were attacked by the miscreants and one of them died. Police put up blockades but the killers were not caught. The crime is being linked to the Adarsh Tapadia murder case. Internet services have been banned in the district for fear of deteriorating law and order situation. The divisional commissioner issued the ban orders. ASP Jyeshtha Maitreyi said that Ibrahim Pathan (34) and Kamruddin (22) were going towards Harni Mahadev from Badla intersection in Bhilwara. On Thursday afternoon, four miscreants came on two bikes and surrounded the brothers at the crossroads and fired three rounds. One bullet hit Ibrahim, who died while his brother got injured. The miscreants then sped away. Police reached the spot and took both of them to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital while some suspects were taken into custody
