Vishvendra breaks ice between Dalits and Gurjars in Bharatpur
Bharatpur: Tourism Minister Vishvendra Singh during his circuit house stay, on Sunday, pacified the long-standing dispute in village Seh of Kumher subdivision of Bharatpur. Singh called upon people of both communities and held talks in the Circuit House. Dalits said that they are harassed by Gurjar community.
Later, there was a mutual agreement between the people of both communities and police administration was given a written consent. Minister said talks have been conducted, no such incident happens in future was ensured. Min expressed displeasure over the working of Municipal Corporation Mayor Abhijit Kumar with regards to cleanliness and sanitation system in the city. Notifying the Mayor, he said that the cleanliness system in the city should be done properly, as there are a lot of complaints being registered.
Minister Vishvendra Singh advised the Mayor Abhijit Kumar to stay in Bharatpur and take care of the cleanliness mechanism, as people are upset with the working of the corporation.
