COVID-19: UP govt issues directions for screening of migrant workers; home quarantine for those with symptoms
Virtual national workshop on road accident organised
Jaipur: Now, the road accidents figures of Rajasthan will be made available on digital medium, which will make it easier for the central and state governments to analyze accidents.
For this, the ‘Integrated Road Accident Database’ (IRAD) scheme has been implemented by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
On Wednesday, the Ministry organised a national workshop through video conferencing.
In this, along with giving information about the scheme, technical problems were also solved.
Nodal officers of the state and related departments from 6 states involved in the pilot project, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Maharashtra, TN, UP and MP participated in the workshop.
Due to increasing cases of Covid-19, scheduled programme of the Union Minister Nitin Gadkari for Jaipur on April 8 has been canceled. NHAI’s CGM MK Jain gave this information.
