Two detained for killing Chinkara

Jaisalmer: Two people have been detained for killing a Chinkara in Jaisalmer. Its meat was found in Santuram ki Dhani, about five kilometres from the city.

On getting information, the police and forest department teams reached the spot and detained two people in the case. According to information, the deer was trapped in the barricade in the fields of the accused at night. The deer was killed with sticks and its fawn was taken to the village, whic was later recovered from the accused’s home.
