Supporter of BJP candidate tries to kill self; saved

Kota/Sanchore: Surjit Singh, a worker for BJP candidate Prahlad Gunjal in Kota North, attempted suicide following his defeat. He was lucky to be taken to the hospital in time. Surjit Singh has been a Prahlad Gunjal employee in the area for the past five to six years.

Meanwhile, a Congress worker passed away due to shock upon learning about Congress leader Sukhram Vishnoi’s defeat. Bhuraram Saran was seeking updates on the election results since morning. Saran could not bear the news of Sukhram’s defeat.
