State Government to give lease for Rs 501 to houses built on agricultural land: UDH Min Dhariwal
Kota: The State Government is also going to give a lease for Rs 501 to houses built on agricultural land. For this, the government has simplified the rules in order to make the people of the state the owners of their houses and plots, UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal said.
Addressing local people during a Padyatra in ward 21 under ‘Haath se Haath Jodo’ campaign in Kota on Friday, Dhariwal gave information about various works being done by the government for the development of Kota and for the welfare of people.
He said that development work worth about Rs 25 crore has been done in Bhadana area.
The Padyatra started from Bhadana intersection of Ward No. 21, where Shanti Dhariwal and PCC member Amit Dhariwal took part and interacted with people along with visiting Bhoot Baba. They reached door-to-door and interacted with the residents of the area. The minister gave instructions to the officials to resolve the problems pointed out by the locals. Dhariwal assured that the applicants would be given leases by organising camps in the ward before the rains. Dhariwal announced that Khanda, religious, cultural and historical symbol of Sikhism, will be installed in a huge form near Keshoraipatan Tiraha of Kota. The announcement was welcomed by the Sikh community.
