SONIA GANDHI WILL NOT CONTEST NEXT LS POLLS

Udaipur: Congress’s Chintan Shivir started on Friday to breathe new fervor in the party and from the talk that has started in the camp, it seems that Party president Sonia Gandhi will not contest next Lok Sabha elections, rather will present an example on the lines of ‘one family-one ticket’ formula. A guiding board will be formed to implement the innovations of the party. The most important of innovations is the formula ‘adjusting’ those below 50 years of age.

This ‘Chintan’ is different and organized at a time when Congress is going through a crisis. Now, the political party is going to start a series of innovations to compete with BJP. It is clear from Ajay Maken’s statement regarding the family ticket formula that Sonia Gandhi will perhaps not contest next LS elections from Rae Bareli. During the Chintan Shivir, meetings of different committees were held, in which Sonia and Rahul also participated.
