Shekhawat inaugurates semi ICU ward at CHC in Chamu
Jodhpur: Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on Sunday inaugurated the Semi ICU ward at the Community Health Center in Chamu.
He said that people from 30 to 40 villages would benefit from this 10-bed ward set up with public cooperation.
Shekhawat said that if the state government provides free land in the area, then he will try his best to open a Kendriya Vidyalaya here.
Addressing the gathering there, he said that the shortage of beds and oxygen cylinders was felt during the second wave of Covid and he himself saw that people who have the capacity to build or buy a hospital were struggling for a single bed in the hospital.
