Sarpanch, husband climb water tank in Dausa

Dausa: A female sarpanch and her husband on Saturday climbed a water tank in Lalsot subdivision of Dausa district demanding action against land mafias and removing encroachments from government land. Police informed that sarpanch of Chandsen gram panchayat, Kaushalya Devi and her husband Mahesh Meena climbed a water tank located at the bus stand and started raising slogans.

The Sarpanch alleged that around two months, she was attacked by a group of men when she tried to stop them from encroaching on the land of gram panchayat located on Shyampura Road.
