RSS Chief Bhagwat to visit Alwar on Sep 13 to conduct meetings
RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat is scheduled to visit Alwar from September 13 to 17, where he will conduct important meetings with the state executive and pracharaks, according to Dr. KK Gupta, the Sanghchalak of the RSS Alwar.
Bhagwat will attend three Shahaks on separate days and perform flag salutes. He will also engage with general volunteers, with preparations underway on a large scale at Naveen Higher Secondary School’s ground at Bhagat Singh Circle. Around five thousand RSS volunteers are expected to gather to hear from the RSS chief.
This visit marks the first time in fifteen years that the RSS chief is coming to Alwar, Rajasthan.
The timing of his visit is significant due to changing scenario in the Mewat region surrounding Alwar, which has seen a rise in various types of criminal activities, including cyber crimes, love jihad, anti-national activities, cow slaughter, and religious conversions.
The recent riots in Nuh, Mewat, are reportedly linked to terrorist organizations and issues such as Rohingya infiltration and illegal activities have compounded local difficulties. Additionally, recently captured terrorists in Bhiwadi are connected to an Al Qaeda module.
Given these circumstances, Bhagwat’s visit is considered highly important. Intelligence agencies have received information about potential threats to his life. Home Minister Amit Shah has ensured Bhagwat receives the highest level of security, in consultation with ministry experts.
Bhagwat, who is known for his simple and humble demeanor, may find the heightened security and display of protection uncomfortable, as the RSS has traditionally opposed ostentation and showiness.
