Rising pollution in Sgngr leads to health concerns
Sri Ganganagar: Rising pollution has become a cause of concern for people in Raisingh Nagar of Anupgarh. Smoke in the area for the last three days is troubling people.
People have been complaining of having burning sensation in their eyes and difficulty in breathing. Besides, due to heavy smog, four vehicles collided near Kumharawali village but none were injured. The AQI of Sri Ganganagar recorded 310. Elderly and children are facing more problems due to the rise in the level of pollution, primarily caused due to stubble burning in Punjab and the adjoining areas. Sri Ganganagar remained shut in view of the rising pollution levels.
