Raje attends foundation laying of Jhalawar Rly stn

Jhalawar: Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje participated in the foundation stone laying ceremony of Jhalawar City Railway Station renovation on a one-day visit.

Raje became emotional and remembered her elder brother late Madhav Rao Scindia and said, “Dada may have been in Congress, but he helped a lot in realizing the dream of railway in Jhalawar. But unfortunately, he is not among us today. Had he been there, he would have been very happy to see the railway service in Jhalawar.” On this occasion, Jhalawar-Baran MP and Raje’s son Dushyant Singh was also present.

Raje said that when she first came to Jhalawar in 1989, there was no railway service here.
