Rajasthan: Congress in panchayat election results, defeat rings alarm bell for party

Panchayat Raj Election Results: After the defeat of Congress in these elections, the party is in a tizzy. The defeat has raised concerns of Congress strategists.

The Congress is in the panchayat raj election results. BJP has won 137 wards more than Congress in Panchayat Samitis and 101 wards in Zilla Parishad.

The State Election Commission has released the official figures for the wards of the Panchayat Committees and District Councils. In the Panchayat Samiti and Zilla Parishad member elections, the BJP left the Congress behind.

BJP has won 1989 wards out of 4371 panchayat Samiti wards in elections held in 21 districts of the state, while 1852 wards have gone to the Congress account.

439 wards have gone to independents. RLP has won 60, CPM has won 26 and BSP has won 5 wards. The official results of 635 wards out of 636 zilla parishad have been released.

Of these, BJP has won 353 wards out of 635 of Zilla Parishad. Here too only 252 wards have gone to the account of Congress. Apart from these, independents have won 18, RLP 10 and CPM have won in 2 wards.

The Congress is in a tizzy with the results of the Panchayati Raj elections. Panchayat election results before the two-year anniversary of the government have raised concerns of Congress strategists.

Defeat in the Panchayat Samiti and Zilla Parishad elections is being considered a wake-up call for the Congress government and the organization. This defeat has created many challenges for Congress.

The defeat of minister-legislators in rural areas has also raised the concerns of Congress. This defeat has raised alarm bells for the party.

BJP has got the issue of encircling the government before the 2-year anniversary of the government. At the same time, Congress is engaged in efforts to make its district head and head in more and more district councils and panchayat committees in the election of district chief and head.
