Jaipur: In another step in the field of renewable energy in the state, an MoU was signed with NTPC Renewable Energy Limited in Rajasthan on Friday. The MoU was signed by principal secretary Bhaskar (energy) and NTPC CEO Mohit Bhargava. Under this pact, 10,000 MW capacity ultra mega renewable energy power park will be developed in Rajasthan.
This will bring an investment of about Rs 50000 crore and employment to thousands of people in Rajasthan. Energy Minister Bhanwar Singh Bhati said that more MoUs will be signed for setting up solar parks.
