Raj has become model State for the nation: CM

Pratapgarh: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said on Saturday that Rajasthan has emerged as a model state in the country, moving fast at all levels of development. “State govt has given many important gifts in its budget for the overall development of tribal areas,” Gehlot said while addressing foundation stone laying ceremony of Government CHC in Dhariyawad assembly constituency of Pratapgarh district. He inaugurated 3 development works worth `11.74 crore and also laid the foundation stone of 10 devp works worth `59.68 crore here.

Gehlot said that the state government is effectively implementing the schemes up to the grassroots level. “In the budget 2023-24, amount of Chiranjeevi Health Insurance has been increased from `10 lakh to `25 lakh. Along with this, insurance amount has also been increased from `5 lakh to `10 lakh under the CM Chiranjeevi Accidental Insurance Scheme. In order to give relief to common man from inflation, now 1 crore NFSA consumers would be given free ratio, free Annapurna food packets every month. In these food packets, 1 kg pulses, sugar, spices and edible oil will be given/ family. 100 units/month free electricity will be made available to domestic consumers,” he said. CM said that OPS has been re-implemented from a humanitarian point of view.
