PROUD TO HAVE STUDIED AT SUMER SCHOOL: CM GEHLOT

Jodhpur: CM Ashok Gehlot, during his stay in Jodhpur, visited the Sumer School, where he had studied and honoured the people above 80 years of age who had studied here on the occasion of the 125th Foundation Day celebrations. Giving the example of Vanasthali institution, he praised Sumer School and said, “Identity is made today by everyone’s contribution. I have been a student here and are proud of studying here. Whenever I come here, the memories come flooding to me. I have been a Union minister twice and got opportunity to be CM 3 times; I am proud to have succeeded after studying here.”

The CM praised the events there and said, “Children have a unique confluence of culture and rites.” He said that 42 years ago, Jodhpur sent him to Lok Sabha. He mentioned about Fintech University, MBM University, Petrochemical Project and freight corridor and said that though the govt cannot give jobs to all, yet so far 3 lakh people have got jobs.
