Promises made by the Congress govt have been fulfilled: Gehlot

Bamanwas/Neemkathana: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot while addressing a public meeting in Batoda village in Bamanwas on Thursday, in support of Congress candidate Indira Meena and also the 'Congress Guarantee Dialogue' programme, said that the promises made by the Congress government have been fulfilled. "No stone was left unturned in the development of Gangapur City. Expansion has been done in every sector including health, education, water and electricity in the area. Now, in accordance with your trust and public sentiment, Congress has again made Indira Meena its candidate," Gehlot said as he continuously discussed the development of area.

The Chief Minister said that Congress is not one person. "This is a party of 36 communities, which moves forward only by taking them together. The process of development that has been going on for the last 5 years will not stop now, but will move forward at a faster pace. Only with public support will the Congress government be formed in Rajasthan and the benefits of the schemes will continue to be available," he said.

Meanwhile, Gehlot also toured Neem ka Thana and addressing a gathering during the 'Congress Guarantee Dialogue' programme, said, “BJP has ED and we have guarantee. Where there are elections, ED reaches there. 7 guarantees are my seven promises. The female head of every household will get Rs 10,000 every year, Gaudhan is a guarantee for cows, where cow dung will be purchased for Rs 2 per kg. English schools will be opened. Govt has left no stone unturned in serving the public.”
