Promise to supply tap water to households by ‘24: Shekhawat

Chomu: Expressing confidence that the BJP will win the assembly elections next year, union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on Monday said, farewell of Ashok Gehlot govt will be in 2023.

He targeted govt over a range of issues including law & order and performance in Jal Jeevan Mission, “I promise that by 2024, women in will not need to bring water with a pot on their heads. Water will be supplied to households through taps,” he said while addressing a Jan Akrosh Rally.

He said law and order situation is so bad that it has made Rajasthan the capital of rapists. Sikar MP Swami Sumedhanand, Kisan Morcha state president Hariram Rinawa, MLA Ramlal Sharma and other leaders also addressed the rally.
