Prime accused held from Sikar bus stand

Sikar: Dinesh Vishnoi, the prime accused who was absconding in the gangrape and murder of a Dalit coaching student in Bikaner on June 20, has been arrested from Sikar on Friday. Sikar police handed him over to the Bikaner police.

Bikaner SP Tejaswani Gautam said that Vishnoi was hiding in Nokha and then went to Nawalgarh. On Friday, an informer told the police that the accused had left for Sikar in a roadways bus from Nawalgarh. This input was shared with Sikar police. Police stopped the roadways bus near Sikar and nabbed Vishnoi, who carries a reward of Rs 40,000 on him.

SP Sikar Karan Sharma had received confidential information. Sharma acted quickly and sent the picture of the accused on the to special team of Sikar Police. Teams were deployed at bus stands and Vishnoi was arrested.
