Poonia gets relief from court in CI Dutt’s suicide

Jodhpur: Jodhpur Metropolitan Court, Scheduled Caste and Tribal Affairs Court, while giving a clean chit to Rajgarh MLA Krishna Poonia in the suicide case of Police Inspector Vishnadutt Vishnoi, cancelled the order passed by the subordinate court. Judicial officer Preeti Mukesh Parnami quashed subordinate court’s order after hearing criminal revision application filed by MLA Poonia. Sr advocates Vivek Bajwa and Dharmendra Surana appeared on Poonia’s behalf. Advocate Surana told that complainant Sandeep Vishnoi, brother of deceased police inspector Vishnudutt Vishnoi, had presented a written report in which he had accused Poonia of abetting his brother’s suicide.
