PHED mins’s home district reeling under water crisis

Tonk: In March, a severe drinking water deficit began in Tonk, the home area of PHED Minister Kanhaiyalal Chaudhary, and the Bisalpur dam.

Drinking water is provided to lakhs of people in the city for only one hour per 48 hours. Many parts of the city, notably Kalipaltan, Old Tonk, and Rajban, are experiencing drinking water problems. Instead of drinking water, black sewer water is delivered to people’s taps. Recently, the situation has deteriorated due to the incompetence of private contracting business EMS Infracon.
