Non-trade cement being sold freely, are officials unaware, or in cahoots?

Nathdwara: Along with the loss of crores of rupees of revenue to the government, trade traders are counting their last breaths. Informed officials remain silent despite information. There seems to be suspicion of collusion with the officials.

Despite giving information to the authorities several times, no action is taken. After giving the information, many times the officers refer to the rules and sometimes ask for approval from higher officials. In such a situation, cement traders have also started getting worried about trade.

Also, due to a higher profit margin, now regular shopkeepers have also started selling nontrade cements on their retail outlets.
