Nokha MLA booked after male nurse dies

Bikaner: In the matter of the death of a nursing worker in an accident with Nokha MLA’s car, an FIR has been lodged against MLA Bihari Lal at Sadar police station. The case has been filed under section 279 and 304A of IPC.

Reacting to First India News, MLA Bihari Lal said, “I am with the family of the deceased in a difficult time but it is a surprise that an FIR has been lodged against me. The driver was driving my car and immediately after the accident I sent the driver and the vehicle to the police station,” he said.

After the FIR against the MLA, the settlement was done and the jam was removed.
