Nal airport expansion: Officials issue free land allotment order
Bikaner: The land related problem regarding the expansion of Nal airport has been removed. The Revenue Department has issued free allotment orders of 24.75 hectares of land for airport development. After the expansion of the airport, now 10-15 aircraft up to 200-250 seaters will be able to come here. Land allotment will be free of cost. The state government will bear the entire expenditure (consultant etc.) of the diversion.
Now there is hope again among the passengers that they will be able to get direct and connection flights to Kolkata, Guwahati, Surat, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Flight agencies have done a survey before Covid to start air service on these routes.
