Muslim society should also condemn Kanhaiya Lal’s murder in Udaipur: RSS

Jhunjhunu: The threeday Akhil Bharatiya Province Pracharak meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) concluded at the Khemi Shakti Temple complex in Jhunjhunu on Saturday. RSS’s Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh Sunil Ambekar said that upcoming plans and organisational discussions were held in the meeting.

Referring to the Kanhaiyalal’s murder in Udaipur, Ambekar said that the Sangh condemns such incidents and the Muslim society should also condemn it. He said that Muslim intellectuals have condemned the incident. “There should be no place for such incidents in a civilized society. The Hindu society is protesting this in a peaceful manner. Such incidents are not in the interest of the country,” he said.

Provincial Pracharaks and Co-Provincial Pracharaks from 45 provinces across the country attended the meeting. Mohan Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak of RSS was also present. The work and expansion of the Sangh in the last century were discussed. The triennial plan of the society was reviewed. All the provincial preachers shared the innovations made in their province and the work on ground. Ambekar said that the training class of RSS was closed for two years due to Covid outbreak. He said that workers below and above 40 years of age were given training across the country. A total of 21, 904 workers were trained. He said that the Sangh does social work. “There are more than 56,000 Sangh branches in the country and we plan to expand it over one lakh in the next two years,” he said.
