MLA Sanjay Sharma admitted in ICU

Alwar: MLA from Alwar (City), Sanjay Sharma, was admitted to the district hospital on Thursday afternoon after he complained of internal injuries during a lathi-charge by police on Wednesday. Notably, the MLA and BJP workers were protesting against the state government during the Jan Aakrosh Rally on Wednesday.

However, the police resorted to force to maintain the law and order situation. On Thursday, MLA Sanjay Sharma was admitted to the ICU of the Alwar district for treatment.

Alwar SP Anand Sharma, however, refuted claims of any lathi-charge during the protest.
Prior to Sanjay Sharma, a party worker was admitted to the hospital after suffering a fracture. At the same time, the state president of BJP Yuva Morcha, Himanshu also reached the district hospital and inquired about the condition of the injured.
