Minor student gangraped; NEET aspirant among four arrested

Kota: A case of gang rape of a 16-year-old coaching student has come to light in Kota. In this case, the police have arrested four boys preparing for NEET. One of the accused boys had fraudulently called the victim to his flat.

After this, he along with his three friends gang-raped the minor and the police have not disclosed the identities of these boys.

The incident took place in the Kunhadi police station area of Kota. ASP Uma Sharma informed that the victim is a resident of UP and has been living in Kota for about a year and preparing for NEET. The incident occurred on February 10 and the case was registered on February 13. The victim’s statement was taken and after investigation, all four accused were caught from the city’s Landmark area on Wednesday.

It has come to light that the victim had befriended a boy from UP through social media 15- 20 days ago. During their conversation, he told the girl that he was preparing for NEET and lives in a rented flat in the Landmark area.

On February 10, the accused boy called the minor victim to meet him in his flat where his three friends were also present and then the four procedded to gang-rape the victim.
