Kota: A rape case of a minor under the POCSO Act has been filed in Kaithoon police station area of Kota rural. The victim, who knew the accused, went to fill water at the hand pump, when the accused coaxed her to the field and raped her. After relatives lodged a missing report. police traced the girl and presented her before the Child Welfare Committee.
