MINISTER RAMESH MEENA RUFFLES FEATHERS OF STATE BUREAUCRACY

Bikaner: Panchayat Raj Minister Ramesh Meena directed Bikaner Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal to go out in the middle of a program. Meena was giving a speech from the stage. During the address, the collector was talking on mobile phone and the minister got angry with this. He asked the collector to leave from here following which the minister left the hall. However, he came back moments later when some people called him. The minister was speaking about the govt's plans during the program at Ravindra Manch in Bikaner on Monday. When Meena looked back, the collector was talking on the mobile phone. Meena said, “ We are talking about the plans of the govt. Why are you not listening to us? Have the bureaucrats become so dominant in this government?” On this, the collector got up and started leaving. The minister also said, you go from here.
