Keep city clean, discard plastic, says Union Environment Min Bhupender Yadav in Alwar
Alwar: Alwar MP and Union Minister Bhupender Yadav held a meeting in Alwar Mini Secretariat on Friday and directed the officials to maintain cleanliness in the city as rain leads to accumulation of garbage on the roads. He also appealed to the people not to use plastic. He said that the problem of dirty water is being resolved in Bhiwadi.
District Collector Ashish Gupta, SP Anand Sharma and other officials were present in meeting. Yadav also attended a programme on birthday of BJP leader Mohit Yadav.
Yadav thanked the people of Alwar who voted for him. He took on the Congress and said that no one spoke as much about Ambedkar in the Parliament as he did. “They kept talking during the elections and now it has been a month, no Congressman has visited their colony,” he said.
He said that the dream of e-library and Lakhpati Didi has to be fulfilled. Praising the Bhajan Lal government, he said that work has been done to curb paper leaks.
