Int’l Vibrant Holi Festival inaugurated

Pushkar: La Bella Holi Mandal inaugurated annual International Vibrant Holi Festival on Sunday at the main Varah Ghat Chowk in Pushkar. During the 7-day festival, every night, amidst drum beats and folk dances, city’s youth will engage in dandiya and folk dances.

A collective Holika Dahan ceremony will be held on March 24, followed by a lively Holi celebration on March 25. Alongside city residents, domestic and foreign tourists will revel in colors and gulal while dancing to the tunes of DJs. President of La Bella Holi Mandal, Surendra Rajoria, revealed that on Sunday, amidst Vedic chants, flag hoisting was performed at Varah Ghat Chowk.
