Bikaner: The police of Bikaner Range took a unique step by organising planting activities on International Familial Forestry Day. The mastermind behind this initiative, Inspector General of Police, Bikaner Range, IPS Omprakash, motivated the police force to actively participate in this society-centered green action by involving community liaison group (CLG) members and civil societies.

According to info received from the IG’s office, 3605 participants, including CLG members, the general public, and police personnel, joined hands with 146 police stations and posts to plant 7952 saplings in police stations, residential areas, and participating families as green members.
