‘If you want to lose Osian, give ticket to Divya Maderna, else give it to me’
Jodhpur: Politics of Congress in Marwar may heat up once again with former MP Badriram Jakhar asking for assembly election ticket in place of Divya Maderna from Osian seat.
Divya Maderna is the incumbent MLA from Osian seat. Jakhar said that he was confident of winning the seat.
“If you want to lose the seat, give the ticket to Divya Maderna and if you want to win, give the ticket to me,” he stated, while giving confidence of winning the seat to Congress leaders including Rahul Gandhi, Ashok Gehlot and Govind S Dotasra. In Jaipur, Maderna has also expressed confidence of winning the seat. She has won the hearts of rural people by being continuously active in the constituency. In such a situation, Badriram Jakhar’s open statement is beyond everyone’s understanding.
