I request all brothers to protect their sisters and stand with them: Birla
Kota: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla celebrated Raksha Bandhan with women in Kota who lost their family members, including brothers, due to COVID-19. He marked the festival with Corona-affected families for the fourth consecutive year in his parliamentary constituency. Women became emotional after tying Rakhi to Birla’s wrist.
Women social workers from the constituency also tied Rakhi to Birla, who wished all the sisters a Happy Raksha Bandhan.
I request all brothers to protect their sisters, always stand with them, and cooperate for their happiness, prosperity, and wellbeing. Our culture inspires us in this way,” he said.
Birla further noted that women excel in fields like politics and space science while also managing family responsibilities.
