Husband prime accused in death of wife, four kids

Barmer: A man in Rajasthan’s Barmer district had allegedly killed his wife and four children late on Saturday night and fled from the crime scene.

Prima facie it was believed to be a case of joint suicide, where the woman had allegedly killed her four children, and later committed suicide. However, the deceased woman’s father had alleged that his daughter’s husband had killed all the five and escaped from the scene.

Police said that Urmila’s father Venaram has alleged that the husband Jetharam had killed his daughter and her kids and that he had been harassing and beating the woman in past. Police said they have started an investigation in the matter.
