Head constable held taking Rs 20k bribe

Dholpur: Karauli ACB team arrested a head constable Hariom Meena while taking a bribe of Rs 20,000 on Monday in Dholpur. ACB DG BL Soni said that a young man from Karauli had lodged a complaint against the head constable for demanding a bribe of Rs 50,000 for threatening to implicate his brother and friend in a false case. After verification of complaint, Karauli ACB team nabbed Hariom Meena while taking bribe money. ACB CO Amar Singh said raids are being conducted at head constable’s house and other places.
