Jodhpur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot inaugurated the Rajasthan International Expo during his visit to Jodhpur on Tuesday. Gehlot participated in the programme and also awarded the exporters at the function. On the initiative of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, this kind of event has been organised for the first time in Rajasthan. This programme was organized under the leadership of RAJSICO Chairman Rajiv Arora. Gehlot, in his address, while mentioning the works being done in Rajasthan from the point of view of export and industrial development, said that a better environment has been created in the field of exports. “Exports have increased and in this direction Rajasthan is making a good progress. Government is making all possible efforts for industrial development. We continued the industries even during the Corona period,” Gehlot said. He congratulated all award winning exporters and expressed happiness over the coming forward of women in this sector, “ We will cooperate with the council through coordination with industry department so that the pace of economic development of Rajasthan increases with more and more people getting employment,” he said. He stressed on promoting maximum exports from Raj & assured all support from govt.
