Girl dies by suicide due to study pressure

Barmer: A 17-yearsold minor girl, a student of second year, committed suicide at her home. She hanged herself from the ceiling fan late in Friday night, police said. Prima facie police investigation indicates that the deceased was undergoing academic stress and finally took the extreme step. Police identified the deceased as Seema (17), daughter of Naryana Ram, a resident of Chokhla village in Barmer.

Deceased were living at Tilak Nagar in Barmer.
