Gehlot campaigns for son Vaibhav in Jalore-Sirohi LS race
Sirohi: Former CM Ashok Gehlot has put all his strength into the campaign for his son Vaibhav for the Jalore-Sirohi LS seat. Gehlot campaigned door-to-door for half an hour in Jalore on Monday. During this time, he had in his hand the election manifesto of Congress and a leaflet of the ‘Tarakki Express.’
He distributed pamphlets and appealed to support and vote for his son. During the campaign, Gehlot also took information about the commuting fare from the passengers sitting in the taxi. BJP candidate Lumbaram and Congress candidate Vaibhav Gehlot are in the fray for Jalore LS polls. Big leaders are turning to Jalore-Sirohi in support of both.
The former CM took to the streets at 11 am on Monday morning to campaign for his son. Gehlot handed over campaign leaflets at shops, vegetable stalls, to taxi drivers & passers-by on Bagora Road. However, this publicity remained limited to a few selected shops and people. He roamed around for half an hour and met people & then left for Congress office.
