Explosives used at Odha railway bridge were made at RECL factory, confirms HR

Udaipur: The explosives recovered from the explosion site at Odha railway bridge near Udaipur were found in Aspur, nearly 70 km away from the Odha Railway bridge blast site. Sources informed the explosives originated from the RECL factory in Dholpur and were later sent to Ajmer. HR Manager of the RECL factory VN Srivastava informed that a consignment of 15 tonnes of explosives was sent on March 23 from the Dholpur factory to Krishna Sales located in Nizampur of Ajmer district. The owner of the firm was Rajendra Kumar Baheti, a resident of Gulabpura, Bhilwara. “Explosives found in the Aspur river have been supplied from Ajmer and the information has also been given to probing agencies. The gelatin sticks had barcodes, which helped in identifying them,” HR Manager of the RECL factory VN Srivastava.
