Ex-MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma’s memorial vandalized, 3 held

Churu: The memorial site of ExMLA Late Bhanwar Lal Sharma on Sardarshahar Taranagar road in Churu was vandalized by social elements on Saturday. The glass gates at the mausoleum were also broken and objectionable statements were written with coal. People became furious after getting information about the incident. Soon, police reached the spot, collected evidence and detained three people. A probe is on in the case.

All MLAs and public representatives have condemned the act.

They have demanded strictest action against the accused.

MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma Memorial was inaugurated on October 10. It was inaugurated by former CM Ashok Gehlot. People have faith in him. Bhanwar Lal Sharma’s supporters have demanded strict action against the culprits.
