Dr Sahdev stakes claim for ticket, supporters claim win

Nagaur: PCC member Dr Sahdev Choudhary along with thousands of his supporters welcomed supervisor Amit Sihag and MLA Manoj Meghwal, District President Zakir Hussain and claimed they would win.

MLA from Haryana and AICC observer Sihag has visited eight assembly constituencies of Nagaur in the last three days and has met almost all the potential candidates. Meghwal was accompanied by Sihag, who has been appointed supervisor for Nagaur district. Both discussed with the possible candidates of Nagaur and Khinwsar assembly constituencies.

Sihag said that Congress was only looking for winnable candidates and the target is 170 seats in the assembly elections. “If the candidate is winnable, has a hold in 36 communities of the constituency, is popular among the people, then even if he lost last time, it will not matter.”
