‘Double engine govt’ fulfilled many promises within 3 months: CM

Jhunjhunu/Ajmer: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Wednesday claimed that the “double engine” government of Rajasthan has fulfilled many of the promises made in the BJP’s manifesto within three months of forming the govt. Sharma said that under the leadership and guidance of PM Modi, the Yamuna Water Agreement has been signed. “With this, the people of Shekhawati will not only get drinking water but water will also be available for irrigation,” he said.

He said that BJP is the biggest party of the country, formed by the hard work of the workers. In the meeting, CM Sharma and BJP state president CP Joshi took feedback from the workers regarding the Lok Sabha elections and gave the mantra for victory. Regarding Churu MP Rahul Kaswan leaving BJP and joining Congress, the BJP leaders said that this is opportunism. Former leader of opposition Rajendra Rathore said that the party gave tickets to the family 14 times.

Former state president Satish Poonia Said that Congress could not make one Rahul a leader, what will it do with the other Rahul? Rajasthan’s co-incharge Vijaya Rahatkar, Union Minister Arjun Meghwal, Sriganganagar MP Nihal Chand were also present on the occasion.

In Churu, there is a direct contest between BJP candidate and paralympic Devendra Jhajharia and BJP’s rebel and Congress candidate Rahul Kasba. Congress is trying to create caste polarization here.

In Pushkar, CM Bhajan Lal Sharma and BJP State President CP Joshi addressed a Lok Sabha cluster meeting.

CM Sharma said that the shortage of drinking and irrigation water in the state is being addressed by the BJP government.

“Apart from ERCP, work is going on on many other schemes. The state government is committed to fulfilling basic needs. It is not our nature to put plans on hold, we do what we say,” he said.

He asked the party workers that those who do good work will get a reward as a result.

Sharma said that the party will win all 25 Lok sabha seats in the state with a margin of more than 5 lakh votes.
