Don’t politicise issue of martyrs’ widows, hear them: Pilot in Tonk
Tonk/Karauli: Former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot on Friday said that no one should do politics on the issue of martyrs’ widows. Pilot said this while interacting with the media in Tonk.
“It is a tradition to welcome anyone who comes to Rajasthan, but we request them to come to Rajasthan and talk about development, talk about integration. 2023 is an election year, so we have to work twice as hard to reach the people,” he said.
Earlier, Pilot reached Nayagaon in Mandrail on Friday afternoon and paid tribute to Kesar Devi, mother of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Ramesh Meena, by offering flowers on her painting and expressed his condolences to the minister. While going to Mandrayal, Congress workers welcomed Pilot by garlanding him at various places.
