Digvijay Singh lauds Chambal Riverfront

Kota: Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh congratulated the Ashok Gehlot and Shanti Dhariwal team for the works of urban development in the state and said that Kota, the hometown of Dhariwal, will become an international level tourist destination after the recent works done here. During his visit to Kota on Friday, Singh along with Dhariwal visited the Chambal Riverfront and Oxyzone and took stock of Devnarayan Pashupalak Awasiya Yojna. During this, while sipping tea at Kota’s Citypark, Singh while talking to First India said that the city was more beautiful than what he had heard of. Dhariwal took Singh to the Chambal Riverfront which is under construction in Kota. Singh praised the project worth Rs 1000 crore. Singh said that he would also discuss with Rahul Gandhi about the development work done in Kota and the way the Chambal Riverfront was being developed. He said that the Gujarat and Sabarmati riverfront are nothing before this.
