Did Kamal Nath support Pilot?

New Delhi: While the Congress is on a ‘boil’ over Rajasthan issues, there is a question going around in party circles: Did Kamal Nath support Sachin Pilot? The ‘power corridors’ in Congress are abuzz with word that after the ‘fast’, when talk of action on Pilot was coming to the fore, Kamal Nath talked to Rahul Gandhi thrice. He also told high command, “’Any action against Pilot will cause damage.”

Kamal Nath also cited Pilot’s campaign in MP, where he had campaigned during by-polls and thus, it is possible that Kamal Nath may play the role of a mediator! Interestingly, it has also been learnt that Sonia Gandhi discussed with Kamal Nath on Rajasthan developments & instructed him to advise state leaders not to make any kind of rhetoric in state. According to sources, no action will be taken against Pilot, but Kamal Nath has been asked to resolve the issue and word is that an important meet will be held in Delhi on Raj issue after May.
