Court sends Naresh Meena to 14 day judicial custody
Tonk: Naresh Meena, who was first arrested on November 14 following the Samrawata slap incident, riots, and arson, was sent back to judicial custody on Sunday. A total of 4 FIRs have been registered against him. In connection with another case, the Deoli Court has now remanded him to 14 days of judicial custody.
He was produced in court through video conferencing from the Kotwali police station on Sunday. Naresh Meena was shifted from Kotwali police station to Tonk Jail later in the day. Late last night, the police brought him to the Kotwali police station on a production warrant from Tonk Jail and conducted an interrogation.
Kotwali police station was heavily guarded, with significant deployment both inside and outside the premises. Several senior officials from Tonk police were also present at the station. Naresh Meena was be transported to Tonk Jail under tight security, with police deployed at various points along the route to ensure safety.
