Couple dies after speeding SUV rams bike in Balotra

Balotra: A couple was killed in the newly formed Balotra district after a speeding SUV collided with their bike on Saturday. The accident was so gruesome that both died on the spot. On getting informed police reached the spot and recovered the bodies.

However, the driver of the SUV escaped from the scene before the police reached there. Till the last report, deceased family members have refused to accept the bodies until the arrest of the accused. Geeta Kumari, station house officer at Kalyanpura police station confirmed the report.

The police identified the deceased as Bhanwra Ram (38) and Indra Devi (35), both residents of Modidari Kapuradi village in Balotra, said an official.
