Cop accuses colleague of rape on marriage pretext

Bharatpur: A woman constable has accused a fellow constable of raping her on the pretext of marriage in Bharatpur. She accused the accused took her to a hotel and raped.

The woman constable complained to the Superintendent of Police that she was engaged to the accused constable and knew him for a long time. After the engagement, the complainant also did some monetary transactions with the accused. She alleged that on May 4, the accused came to her room and insisted on forcibly taking her to a hotel. When she refused, Vishnu refused to marry after which she went to the hotel where he raped her. The case has been filed at Mahila police station and CO City Satish Verma is investigating the matter.
